VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa Yoga was developed in order to reinforce the body and the mind through synchronised breathing and a progressive series of postures. The word Vinyasa literally means to breathe in synchronized movements, you learn to move from one posture to the next on an inhale or an exhale, the breath leads the way.
Vinyasa Yoga is derivative form Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga that employs the Vinyasa system of "connecting postures". The principle of Vinyasa Yoga is to create heat in the body increasing circulation and sweating and detoxifying muscles and organs. Ashtanga Vinyasa can transform your life if you dedicate your being to training; Vinyasa Yoga gives you a strong body and a calm mind.
When Vinyasa is used as a noun, it expresses a flow or sequence of poses. The expression "Take a Vinyasa" is usually used to indicate a specific sequence of Vinyasas
Vinyasa Yoga is great for intermediate Yoga practitioners, not suitable for beginners.
